【更新】萬斯揭第三要點：不遵守就一無所獲

【新唐人北京時間2026年06月17日訊】美伊協議最終達成，並將於6月19日在瑞士正式簽署。美國總統川普表示，將在正式場合公布諒解備忘錄文本內容，並召開記者會逐字解讀，以正視聽。目前，以色列仍然可以自衛，伊朗仍有無人機攻擊商船，但都遭到美軍攔截。

6月16日，伊朗原油出口恢復，伊朗油輪首次駛出原來的封鎖區。

萬斯揭第三要點：不遵守就一無所獲

美國副總統萬斯16日做客福克斯新聞《五人行》（The Five）節目時就美伊協議再次強調了三點。他說：「協議規定，第一，伊朗不能擁有核武；第二，霍爾木茲海峽必須開放；第三，如果伊朗遵守協議，就能獲得一系列好處……如果他們不遵守，就什麼也得不到。」

美國中央司令部16日公布的圖片顯示，美國海軍水兵在紅海的「岡薩雷斯號」驅逐艦（DDG 66）上進行M4步槍資格訓練。美軍指出，此類訓練旨在確保水兵在需要時具備執行武裝值班任務的資格。

此前，美軍還公布了「德爾伯特·D·布萊克」號驅逐艦（DDG 119）在穿越阿拉伯海期間，與「約翰·劉易斯號」補給艦（T-AO-205）完成海上垂直補給的視頻。
